EPCC Dinner at The Establishment

At our dinner we will be joined by Heather M. Savage from Cumberland Trust who will be giving a presentation on directed trusts, how they have evolved, some comparisons between directed trusts vs delegated trusts, UTC (Uniform Trust Code) vs UDTA (Uniform Directed Trust Act), and the debate surrounding the pros/cons of using directed trusts vs. delegated trusts. She will also cover some state specific information between South Carolina and Tennessee and potential tax/asset protection benefits of trusts governed by Tennessee law.
